Celebrating Mistletoes: A Big Thanks to Our Wonderful Dance Community!
The University of Saskatchewan Ballroom Dance Club executive would like to convey a heartfelt thank you to all our amazing members who joined us last night to celebrate the end of another fantastic dance term! Your smiling faces, lively spirits, and enthusiasm lit up the dance floor and made the evening truly memorable.
While we did encounter some technical hiccups with the music volume, it was clear that nothing could diminish the delight and excitement in the room. Your energy and love for dance carried us through, and we are so grateful for your patience and positivity.
A big shoutout goes to our dedicated executive team and incredible volunteers who worked so hard behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly. We also want to celebrate our talented students, instructors, and guest performers who invested weeks of preparation to deliver such stunning displays of skill and artistry in dance. You all truly shone!
Finally, we would like to take a moment to extend a special thank you to Todd, one of our General Members at Large (GMAL's).
Last night, Todd worked diligently to manage the music and help minimize unexpected technical issues, doing his best to ensure everyone had a fantastic evening. Alongside his wonderful wife, Tracy, Todd has been an esteemed member of our club since joining in 1998.
Over the years, Todd has played a pivotal role in helping the U of S Ballroom Dance Club thrive—taking on various executive roles, lending his expertise with IT, and volunteering at countless events.
Todd continues to be an invaluable part of our community. His positive attitude, leadership, and amazing dancing—he’s currently in the advanced dance class—brings so much vibrant energy to our club.
Todd, we are truly grateful for everything you do. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our team!
