COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS
1. All Executive shall receive one complimentary ticket to each of the major dance events held within Saskatoon at TCU Place (formerly called Centennial Auditorium).
2. Instructors are granted one complimentary ticket per each class they teach (this includes dance team as well as practice sessions). For example; instructor Bob teaches 2 classes and leads the weekly practice session, he is therefore allowed to claim 3 tickets to Mistletoes dinner dance. Since it is unlikely that Bob can use all 3 tickets himself, he is allowed to bestow his tickets on a member or a nonmember as he so chooses, however, the names of his guests must be provided to the Social Coordinator or the Executive Assistant for tracking purposes.
3. An Instructor or Executive member may also purchase one dance ticket at member price and bestow as they see fit. Again, the name of the guest must be provided to the Social Coordinator or the Executive Assistant for tracking purposes.
4. All Executive and Instructors shall receive complimentary entry to the Monthly Social Dances. This entrance is not transferable and may not be given to a guest. Executive and Instructors may not use their member pricing for a non-member at the Monthly Social Dances.
