Musicality Classes

  • “From Beat to Ballroom”
  • Drop-in mini-series on musicality basics (taught by Gillian).
  • March 4th, 11th and 18th at Grosvenor Park United Church at 7:45pm
  • No registration or partner required.
  • Free to all Ballroom members

Specialty Workshop

  • Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at Lakeview church gym (19 Glazier Rd)
  • Night Club Two Step (taught by Bernadette and Byron)
  • $10 per session
  • Monthly Dance to follow at Lakeview church gym (7-9pm)
  • Level 1 at 10:30am; Level 2 at 12:30pm; Level 3 at 2:30pm

Dancero

  • March 28, 2026
  • Location: TCU Place
  • Cost: $45 members; $40 Student Members; $60 Non-members
  • Doors open: 6:30pm; Awards: 7:15pm - 7:45pm; Dancing 7:45pm-11pm (no meal)
  • Tickets go on sale online on March 2nd and closes March 22nd
  • NOTE: (Do Not Need to Announce but Can if you choose to): Dancero's no dinner this term is a trial to see how it is received by the membership. Costs for TCU have risen significantly over the last few years (Dinner is $70 per person), ticket prices would have to be risen to $100 in order to cover the costs of the event. The executive will be reaching out for formal feedback in classes later in March. 

Line Dance Class

  • WED MARCH 4th: Beginner-Level Line Dance to “Glass of Wine” choreographed by Malene Jakobsen
  • St. Joe’s Hall (8:15pm-9:15pm); $15 drop in fee

Tuesday Summer Practice Sessions:

  • April 7th - August 25th, 2026 
  • Every Tuesday @ 7:30pm - 9:00pm (run by Gee and Tanya D)
  • $5 for everyone (non-members encouraged!)
  • Location TBD
