Harvest Swing
Harvest Swing is the first semi-formal dance of the year. Typically held in October at TCU Place, Harvest Swing is a non-dinner dance. Snacks are provided part way through the evening. It is usually a bit more formal than our monthly dances, and a bit less formal than our dinner dances like Mistletoes. Harvest Swing has decorations in theme to the name - harvest or fall time. stletoes is the second major dance of the dance year, held at the end of the first term at TCU Place. This dance is a dinner dance, with the meal being provided by TCU Place. Mistletoes tends to have a winter / Christmas theme to it. The attire for this dance tends to be the most formal, with a few of our members going all out wearing ball gowns and tuxedos (though you are certainly not required to go that fancy.) Dance performances by our Instructor Group as well as the Member Dance Team are showcased partway through the evening.
